We have a Phillips pasta machine. What recipe would me use to make ravioli dough in it?

I have yet to actually make any of your recipes, but I greatly enjoy reading them and find them extremely well presented. I especially like your detailed sous vide recipes, and I’ve just bought the ingredients for the blanquette de veau sous vide which I intend to use for a dinner party this coming weekend. I’m certain it will be a hit!
